Prior to forming Lighthouse Strategic Advisors with his two partners, Dave served as a branch manager and Senior Vice President with regional and national investment firms, and was selected to the prestigious Director’s Council or President’s Council numerous times. Due to his professional experience and reputation, Dave is frequently called upon as an expert witness within the securities industry.

George has put himself through an exhaustive learning curve to improve his ability to help clients articulate and work towards achieving their ultimate vision of fulfillment. A Sacramento native and graduate of Santa Clara University, he left a large Wall Street brokerage firm to found Lighthouse Strategic Advisors. George’s experience in the dynamic field of Macro Strategic Planning® has resulted in principle-centered systems and protocols. George works with clients who are open to new possibilities and innovative solutions and prefer comprehensive strategies rather than piecemeal transactions. Tom Ellis, Wealth Advisor, LPL Registered Representative
A senior member of the Lighthouse Strategic Advisor team, Tom has spent the last decade as a tax-efficient asset management specialist serving individual and institutional investors. Tom works primarily with business owners and their professional advisors in seeking to manage and preserve financial assets. His more than 20 years of experience building successful businesses delivers an advantage to clients seeking streamlined collaboration among the key tax, legal and financial professionals in their busy lives. Tom earned his degree in Economics from Sacramento State University. He has been a guest speaker at many national industry meetings.

Jevon Webster, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™, CRPC, Wealth Advisor, LPL Registered Representative
Jevon joined the Lighthouse Strategic Advisors team after nearly a decade in the financial industry. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Management from The Master’s College and an MBA in Finance from California State University, Sacramento. Jevon achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ (CFP) certification, in addition to the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation. Jevon enjoys the long-term perspective that the financial planning process brings. He cares deeply about his clients and takes a personal approach in his interactions with them.

In her prior position as office manager of a regional brokerage firm, Trish fluently handled the rapid growth and influx of new business to that firm. As a Client Service Director at Lighthouse Strategic Advisors, Trish has been instrumental in the flawless implementation of cutting edge client services processes and procedures. Jay has more than 15 years of industry experience. He believes planning for financial success may be complicated in todays world. A broad knowledge of planning issues from investments planning to tax and estate planning in a must. He is dedicated in assisting clients to identify their goals, develop a finical plan on sound advice and implementation of the plan with updates on a regular basis. He joined Lighthouse Strategic Advisors to bring the necessary team approach to all his clients.
