A former West Point Military Academy graduate and Army Ranger, Dave has acquired more than three decades experience as a financial advisor for high net worth, nonprofit, and corporate clientele. Prior to forming Lighthouse Strategic Advisors with his two partners, Dave served as a branch manager and Senior Vice President with regional and national investment firms, and was selected to the prestigious Director’s Council or President’s Council numerous times. Due to his professional experience and reputation, Dave is frequently called upon as an expert witness within the securities industry.

George E. Johnson II, Senior Partner, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, LPL Registered Representative
George has put himself through an exhaustive learning curve to improve his ability to help clients articulate and work towards achieving their ultimate vision of fulfillment. A Sacramento native and graduate of Santa Clara University, he left a large Wall Street brokerage firm to found Lighthouse Strategic Advisors. George’s experience in the dynamic field of Macro Strategic Planning® has resulted in principle-centered systems and protocols. George works with clients who are open to new possibilities and innovative solutions and prefer comprehensive strategies rather than piecemeal transactions. He is passionate about helping clients and benefits from working with those who possess a win-win attitude and are proactively involved in working towards the best possible outcomes.

Emmanuel [Mike] Tzikas, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ , LPL Registered Representative

In his more than 35 years of industry experience, Mike has guided individuals, families, businesses and nonprofit organizations toward success using a wide range of financial strategies.  Focusing on risk and wealth management, retirement planning, and asset allocation, he works in partnership with clients to establish goals, develop plans, and select the appropriate strategies to execute. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Mike is dedicated to continuing education to broaden his competency and sharpen his skills. As an independent financial advisor with Lighthouse Strategic Advisors, he accesses a full range of the most current and client-centered financial strategies.

Trish Shepherd, Client Service Director

In her prior position as office manager of a regional brokerage firm, Trish fluently handled the rapid growth and influx of new business to that firm. As a Client Service Director at Lighthouse Strategic Advisors, Trish has been instrumental in the flawless implementation of cutting edge client services processes and procedures. Industry professionals and clients of Lighthouse alike have come to depend on Trish’s rare combination of warmth and professionalism in handling all their administrative needs.

Jay Kim, Partner
Jay has more than 15 years of industry experience. He believes planning for financial success may be complicated in todays world. A broad knowledge of planning issues from investments planning to tax and estate planning is a must. He is dedicated in assisting clients to identify their goals, develop a financial plan on sound advice and implementation of the plan with updates on a regular basis. He joined Lighthouse Strategic Advisors to bring the necessary team approach to all his clients. He works with families, business owners, and executives using unique planning process to bring success to their goals.   

Jason Campbell, CPA
Jason is both a Certified Public Account (CPA) and licensed financial advisor. Jason began his career in public accounting working with one of the Big 4 accounting firms and later a local firm in Roseville, providing tax, audit, and consulting services to individuals, privately held business, and qualified corporate retirement plans. With more than 15 years of experience providing professional financial services, he focuses on tax-efficient financial planning with an emphasis in creating distribution strategies for clients to maximize their retirement income. Additionally, Jason leads the firm’s focus for advising corporate retirement plans. Having audited and consulted with hundreds of retirement plans and plan sponsors, he offers a unique perspective and background to help manage all areas relative to qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.
